Guava is a natural laxative as it is high in fiber and can help you if you have digestive problems such as constipation. This unusual concoction is a powerhouse of vitamin C and fiber. Have it with your afternoon snack to complement a chat-pata dish. Remember to use fully ripe guava because they taste the best and you also need to add a little sugar to this drink so it makes more sense.

The easiest way to make ginger juice is grated ginger and squeeze the juice.
Sorbets are healthy and low in calories that are made with fresh fruit juices, however, I have made them lower in calories by using sugar substitute instead of sugar. Ginger juice adds an extra touch to the sorbet.
