Sorbets are healthy and low in calories that are made with fresh fruit juices, however, I have made them lower in calories by using sugar substitute instead of sugar. Ginger juice adds an extra touch to the sorbet.

2 cups of grapes
1 tsp ginger juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice1 teaspoon of sugar substitute

method
Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of water and mixed in a mixer to obtain a smooth puree.
Transfer to a shallow bowl. Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Scrape with a fork and serve chilled in small individual cups.
Tips
Variation 1: Black Grape and banana sorbet
Blend 2 ½ cups of black seedless grapes, 1 cup finely chopped banana and ¼ teaspoon lemon juice to a smooth puree and proceed as in step 2 and 3.
Variation 2: Minty Lemon Sorbet
Combine 6 tablespoons mint juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ¼ cup cooked applesauce and 3 tablespoons sugar substitute with 2 cups of water and mix. Proceed as ste

Mix 4 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped 1 ½ cups halved strawberries to a smooth puree and proceed as in step 2 and 3.
