Papaya guava strawberries mix juice



1/2 papaya (peeled and seeded)
1 cup strawberries
1 guava (peeled and pitted)
Juice and serve - You can add yogurt or blend with ice to increase thickness.
Both of these fruits are extremely high in Vitamin C. Guava is a high fiber fruit that aids in proper digestion to avoid constipation. Papaya is high in carotene that helps with eye health.
