1 kiwi peeled and cut into 1/4 inc chunks
1/2 mango, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1 cup orange juice
2 cup apple juice
1 cup extra firm light tofu

in blender, combine kiwi, mango, juices, and tofu. blend just until mixture is smooth
