Blueberry Blast

1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail,chilled
1 container ( 8 oz ) low fat blueberry yoghurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
In blender, combine juice, yoghurt, and blueberries, blend it until mixture is smoothie and frothy
each smoothie about 311 calories, 10 g protein, 63 g carbohydrate, 3 g total fat, ( 2g saturated) 4 g fiber, 15 mg cholesterol, 146 mg sodium
