Watermelon Berry Sparkler (Non alcohol)

Makes 8 cocktails
1 cup watermelon, cubed and seeded
1 container ( 6 oz ) red raspberries
2 tbsp superfine sugar
32 oz cold club soda/ seltzer
In blender, puree watermelon and raspberries, scrape mixture trough fine sieve into bowl , discard seeds. stir superfine sugar into puree ( puree can be made up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated)
To serve, pour 2 tablespoons puree into each flute and top with 4 ounces cold soda
Each cocktails about 59 calories, 0 g protein, 6 g carbohydrate, 0 g total fat, 1 g fiber, 0 mg cholesterol, 1 mg sodium
